Searching through the MLS to see what $40k could buy you, I found this interesting property. I wasn't expecting much out of the property but was humored by the photos.
Not bad for under $40k. Add a little curb appeal and this really has some potential.
On second thought, maybe a little cleaning and decluttering would help.
A recessed ceiling fan?
And it comes with a garden tub and what might be a stained glass window.
It that a "for rent" sign?
Were they really trying to rent this place before putting it on the market for sale?
